Saladmaster

Well since Jay resigned from the church things have definitely not slowed down but haven gotten busier. He is now back to selling cookware full time, church planting full time and a seminary student part time. Jay is working with his dad and back to doing dinner demonstrations of Salad Master. We have had a lot of fun with new recipes and we love the Salad Master Machine. If you do not own quality cookware or have never seen a demo I would strongly suggest it. You won't be sorry. I think so many people today are concerned about eating more healthy, buying organic, or even just getting the best for your money and yet come home and cook all the nutrition out of their food because they don't know any better. I feel blessed to have had quality cookware since the beginning of our marriage and it is all our kids have grown up with.

We had our first cooking school for our customers since getting back into cookware and it was a lot of fun. I even came home with some new recipes to try.

Veggie Lasagna in the Electric Oil Core (EOC) Skillet

Pineapple Spice Cake

Shhh.... don't tell anyone there are lots of vegetable mixed in! It tastes great and they will never be able to tell.

Beef with Broccoli (A personal favorite)

A very YUMMY dessert. Pears on the indoor grill and then served with vanilla yogurt.

Just in time for the holidays....A 23lb. turkey cooked in the 16 qt on top of the stove in 3.5 hours. (The string is just used to get it out of the pan easily.)

Another new favorite....Autumn Soup

Perfect hot meal for a chilly fall evening.
