Co-op school- December

This month at Co-op I had the opportunity to teach in the 3 and 4 year old class.  It was so much fun and we were busy little elves all three weeks. Of course the theme was Christmas and we were busy little elves.  They made angels for daddy's and bath salts for mommy's,  On the last Monday before break we had a Christmas party.  It was great fun for all.  I think my favorite part was at the beginning when the kids were split up into groups.  We had to make 5 groups and mixed older kids with younger kids to help the others and it was so awesome to see the older ones wanting to help the younger ones and sisters and brothers wanting to be together!! (This is one of many reasons I love homeschoolers!!!!) There was none of this age segregration and having to be with only kids of the same age.

Each group rotated to different activities: outdoor games, crafts, cookie decorating, story time, indoor games.
